What we collect, why, where it lives and how to have it removed. Written from what the service actually does.
Version of 22 August 2026
This document covers the site axm.tech and the dashboard at cabinet.axm.tech («Apiary» below). It is not a template: what follows is exactly what the service writes to its database and who it sends things to, field by field.
1. Who processes the data
The operator is AXM (Ars ex Machina), Moscow Region, Russia. Questions about data handling: info@axm.tech, Telegram @AXM_Tech.
2. What is collected
If you wrote to us through the form
| Data | Why |
|---|---|
| Name | so we know how to address you |
| Email or Telegram | so we can reply |
| Topic and message | so we understand the question before picking up the phone |
| IP address | held in the server's memory only, and for no longer than ten minutes, so that one address cannot send a hundred enquiries. It is never written to the database |
The enquiry goes to the owner's Telegram and stays there. The site keeps no separate database of enquiries.
If you created a dashboard account
| Data | Why |
|---|---|
| Name and email | signing in, and addressing you by name in the interface |
| Password | stored only as an irreversible Argon2 hash. Nobody can recover the password from it — not us, and not anyone who gets hold of the database |
| Telegram: confirmation code and chat ID | email confirmation and notifications. We see the chat ID only, never your messages |
| Sessions: token, timestamps, IP address, browser | so you are not asked to sign in every time, and so you can spot a sign-in that was not yours |
| Role in the project and label | who is the owner, who is the agronomist, who is just watching |
Farm data
This is not personal data, but you trust it to us, so we will name it too: parcel numbers and land boundaries, field mapping, crops and varieties, irrigation zones, work programmes, device readings, uploaded documents, device coordinates and the accuracy of their fix. All of it belongs to you and lives inside your project: other projects cannot see it.
3. What we do not do
- We run no advertising or analytics trackers. There is no Yandex Metrica, no Google Analytics, no social pixels — which is also why there is no cookie banner: the only cookie the dashboard sets is your sign-in session.
- We do not sell or share data with third parties for marketing.
- We do not build profiles and make no automated decisions about you.
- We do not ask for identity documents.
- We do not collect children's data. The service is built for farm businesses.
4. Who does receive data
The service does not run in a vacuum. Here is the complete list of outside services and exactly what reaches each of them:
| Service | What reaches it |
|---|---|
| Telegram | confirmation codes and notifications, to your own bot. Enquiries from the site go to the AXM owner |
| Russian state cadastre | the parcel number you entered. No personal data is passed |
| Open-Meteo | field coordinates, for weather and climate normals. No name, no link to your account |
| AWS Open Data, Earth Search | a coordinate box around the parcel, to fetch satellite imagery. The imagery is public; there are no keys and no accounts |
| Esri, Maxar (map imagery) | when the satellite map is shown, your browser requests the tiles directly, so they can see which part of the map you are looking at. You can switch the basemap to a plain scheme or turn it off entirely |
None of these services receives your email, your name or your password.
5. Where the data lives
On our own server in Russia. We do not keep the database or uploaded documents in foreign clouds. Connections to the site and the dashboard are always over HTTPS, with certificates issued and renewed automatically.
6. How long we keep it
- Account and project data — for as long as you use them. Deleted on your request.
- Sign-in sessions — 30 days, then they expire by themselves.
- Unfinished sign-up — if the email is never confirmed, the record is deleted along with the code.
- Enquiries from the site — they live in the Telegram conversation; there is no separate store.
7. Your rights
You can find out what data of yours we hold, correct it, withdraw your consent and ask for it to be deleted. Name and password are changed in the dashboard itself, under «Account settings». For anything else, write to info@axm.tech: we answer within thirty days, usually sooner.
Deleting an account is irreversible and takes with it any project where you are the only owner. If a team uses the project, hand ownership over first.
8. Consent
By sending the form on this site, or by creating an account with the consent box ticked, you confirm that you have read this document. Consent can be withdrawn at any time — by writing to info@axm.tech. After withdrawal we delete the data, except what we are legally required to keep.
9. Changes
If this document changes, the version date above changes with it. For substantial changes — ones that widen what we collect or who receives it — we will write to the address on your account.
Spotted a place where this document no longer matches how the service actually works? Tell us — that is a bug, and we will fix it.
